What you need…
1 ½ C Blanched almond flour
¾ C Almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 TBS Chia seeds (optional)
Spice it up with dashes of cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, ginger, cloves and nutmeg!
What to do…
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with an immersion blender
Pour ¼ C batter circles onto medium heat skillet and cook until bubbly on edges and light brown on both sides
